Sergey Savenko dfc9e8d724 IDEA-100941: fix QuickDoc view mode change behavior 
Consecutive QuickDoc invocations should now work as follows:
If a documentation view is already opened for current element, the view gains focus.
If a documentation view is already opened for current element and it has focus, popup-toolwindow switch occurs.
