Julia Beliaeva d16937fe55 [vcs-log-graph] allow filtered controller to filter by branches as well 
Combining commits and branch filters produce better collapsed graph due to DottedFilterEdgesGenerator issues (e9a03ab809). It works better to remove not-matching branches first and only then generate edges.
