Mikhail Golubev 84c1ae9239 Pass DialogWrapper's disposable to the list table in "Change Signature" dialog 
Otherwise any attempt to create this dialog in tests ends up with error,
because global "UI" disposable, that used as fallback in single-argument
constructor, is not available in test environment.
