[gui-test] project view select & expand fix
...
Due to last changes in project view tree and project view structure we need to change ProjectViewFixture and reduce usage of deprecated methods, convert NodeFixture actions to AbstractTreeBuilder model actions basis. Also added a pause to getLocation() method to wait when appropriate treeNode appears.

If we are looking for textfield or combobox by label or radiobutton, we may met more than one label with the same text. Let's take only showing on screen labels (components).
And just a small fix for IdeaGuiTestUtil -> don't use old junit

Fixes situation when soft wraps are recalculated while document
listeners are notified, but after listeners in soft wrap model and
editor size manager have been processed (exception stack trace
shows it happened due to available width changed for editor, but
it's hard to say what the exact root cause is)

Revert latest changes in PyDocStringTypeProvider and update its getGenericType method.
...
Consider class that is described in skeletons using legacy type hints syntax.
When somebody calls `getGenericType` on PyDocStringTypeProvider with this class as a first argument,
previous version of provider will take `__init__` from sources and returns NoneType.
But it should ask for return type of this `__init__` so PyUserSkeletonsTypeProvider will be called.
When PyUserSkeletonsTypeProvider will be called, it will load skeleton and then ask for skeleton return type.
After that `getReturnType` on PyDocStringTypeProvider will be called.
So it's important to not ignore `__init__` in PyDocStringTypeProvider and return specified value as is.
It's also important to filter return type in `getGenericType` method and return only appropriate one.
DjangoFormsTest.testFormFields and DjangoColumnsTest.testFields fixed.
