Sergey Karashevich 64312eb0a9 [gui-test] check that path is selected 
It could be dangerous to select path in async tree when the tree path may change (has been expanded for example) during mouse moving to the previously calculated location. So we are checking that finally selected row is intended and if is not calling clickPath again while it will be selected or attempts count will exhaust.

Dmitry Batrak a584d7dfb5 IDEA-178779 Allow empty folding placeholders 
This reverts a fix for IDEA-178122, which disabled to create fold
regions with empty placeholders completely. Such regions are used
e.g. in 'Advanced Folding' plugin.
New fix for IDEA-178122 just disables empty placeholders for VS-style
custom fold regions.
