Yaroslav Lepenkin fb883119cb Detected indent notifications are showing again: as now indent detection happens on editor open, but notification shown on enter, we need link for FileIndentOptionsProvider to produce proper message. 
So now with indent options in document is stored corresponding FileIndentOptionsProvider. Added test to ensure notification shown on enter.
