Nikolay Chashnikov bd531a7ee4 [intellij project configuration] cleanup: remove unnecessary Kotlin facets 
These facets don't override project-level settings and use JVM 11 platform which is now used at the project level anyway, so they can be removed.

Nikolay Chashnikov 499bd322b3 [intellij project configuration] remove unnecessary trailing empty line from iml files 
IDEA doesn't add such line when the module configuration is saved, so it's better to remove it, otherwise developers may get unexpected modified iml files in their working copies.

Eugene Yakavets 92f14ae1e3 [platform] use default update channel for 'Check for Updates' when selection combobox is not present 
If an IDE disables combobox which allows users to change update channel, 'Check for Updates' button should use the default channel, not the first available channel as it was before.
