peter 100ad715f8 EA-109160 - assert: StubProcessingHelperBase.handleNonPsiStubs 
accept that some view providers may be different than during indexing
and use JavaSourceFilterScope to access Java stubs to avoid querying those view providers at all

Sergey Simonchik 5d05ab6d98 platform: normalize descriptor paths to find paths starting with './' 
That will sync behavior of IDE started from sources (where descriptors are loaded from files) and built IDE (where descriptors are loaded from jar files).
Also, that will allow to specify paths uniformly in `xi:include` and `depends`, e.g.

nik b2019a1bc0 build process: ignore information about changes from IDE if there are unloaded modules 
Otherwise it may incorrectly skip build because unloaded modules aren't monitored by IDE (IDEA-180530).

Alexander Koshevoy dc35a1a431 Python console test failures fixed 
`PydevConsoleCommunication.waitForTerminate()` method did not work because of untimely nullification of `WebServer.listener` field in `WebServer.shutdown()` method. It is replaced with `PydevConsoleCommunication.closeAsync()`.
