Eldar Abusalimov d9f6b155d2 execution: Escape Cygwin glob special chars: [*?\[{}~] + [()'] 
These characters enable extended POSIX globbing on Cygwin.

nik 13e4034647 readme updated: now IDEA 2017.1 is required to work on IDEA project 
Gradle-based 'dependencies' module was added to the project so it's required to use IDEA 2017.1 or later to ensure that IDE will handle this module properly.
