Elizaveta Shashkova eaa6f4d361 Cython speedups break debugging with Stackless (PY-23283) 
The problem appears when compiling Cython extensions with Cython 0.25, and it doesn't appear when compiling them with Cython 0.24. It looks like it's Cython bug, but we can't use old version of Cython, because it isn't compatible with Python 3.6 on Windows. So we have to (temporarily) disable Cython extensions for Stackless despite the fact that its implementation is "CPython".

Why did it work prevously? Because prevously it was sideeffect of sorting in the loadState of workspace RC. Now we don't perform such sort (and should not).

nik 06fdcc0099 build scripts: don't add Kotlin JARs to classpath in gant.xml 
This may lead to problems if Kotlin is updated to a new version inside a build script, so it'll remove the old JARs and add a new ones. We add Kotlin JARs to classpath in CompilationTasksImpl.ensureKotlinCompilerAddedToClassPath anyway.

nik ea7fced5fa project model: report error and remove remaining RootProvider's listeners when project is closed (IDEA-171323) 
This doesn't fix the real problem but may help to diagnose it and fixes the memory leak.

do not call allSettings during addConfiguration and avoid linear search — we can pass settings instead of searching it

MODULE_CONTEXT data is often passed to file choosers because it's required for GotoModuleDirectory action.

Dmitry Trofimov bf98ba3576 Pass shell environment before obtaining virtualenv environment for script execution (PY-17816) 
If an IDE is executed not terminal on macOS it doesn't get shell environment and this prevents getting the correct environment by virtualenv activation
