Tagir Valeev 3e4cd658e9 DFA instruction visitor refactoring wave#1 
InstructionVisitor#beforeExpressionPush method which is called before every push of PsiExpression result (were it simple reference, operation or method call)
CustomMethodHandlers: do not modify states; only return resulting value (current handlers do not produce more than one value)
Xor polyadic now supports reporting for subexpressions

Tagir Valeev 0a52895406 ExpressionUtils#isNullLiteral: avoid expensive getType() call 
getType() is cheap if it's actually a null literal. However if it's something else and type is not cached, it could be very expensive.

1) New registry key allow.macros.for.run.configurations=true
2) EditorMacros are not allowed at all
3) Some of possible wanted macros like file arrays etc. are not implemented yet

After parser update 'try' statement is pinned on the keyword, meaning

Before change `@com.foo.` was parsed as annotation with reference
without a name, now `@com.foo` is parsed and `.` is marked as error.
