be5828b0ce [java][switch completion] IDEA-271902 Fix the completion tail in case labels 
Eliminate the insertion handler for JavaPsiClassReferenceElement because it might be confusing to the users not to be able to set the variable name themselves.

In addition to that the patch also reverts the test data that was changed earlier because it was a perfectly fine piece of code and should not have been modified in the first place

381a4eeb94 IDEA-271423 vcs: fix incorrect title of 'VCS' MainMenu group 
'VcsGroupsActionGroup.update()' is used to update menu presentation.
When IdeMenuBar updates presentation, 'ActionMenu.MenuItemSynchronizer' is used to
propagate these changes to the button UI.

This listener breaks if someone calls 'PresentationFactory#clearPresentationCaches',
as it does not re-register listeners in this case. This method is often called by CWM
in 'ToolbarActionTrackingPopup', which means menus are no longer properly updated.

As a simple fix, ensure that explicit refresh via ProjectFrameHelper in NewMappings
refreshes UI even if groups themselves did not change.

Fix regression after 1eced0b159763c021292ee7baa4cf5311b9b2d3b
