nik f67d31f073 build scripts: rewritten code for running tests in community project 
Now it reuses code from other groovy scripts to compile the project, names of system properties are standardized, gant script can be started directly from IDEA without additional configuration.

Julia Beliaeva f04c9cc2cd [git] set git.diff.renameLimit.infinity=false to deal with git index performance problems 
On some projects, setting diff.renameLimit to infinity results in git log indexing process to run for several hours and consume a lot of memory. To deal with this problem, we have to turn this option off.
Unfortunately, this results in incomplete history for files that were renamed as a part of a large move (>1k files). We have to fix this problem separately in the future.

diff.renameLimit=0 was first introduced in de41656b7c

Valentina Kiryushkina f8cd9e94c0 Refactor connectors 
1) Remove unnecessary access token emptiness check. We have only two states of user in connectors: null and authorized (with id, email and tokens).
2) Simplify authorized client creation based on two states of a user: login if there's no user, update tokens if needed and finally initialize client with up-to-date access token.
3) Move token up-to-date check to Stepik client and create separate client for the request, because it simplifies logic of client authorization
