Daniil Ovchinnikov 7a147b624b [groovy] config: take first found jar if multiple jars are found 
If library is located under Maven repo directory, then it may have javadocs/sources jars which will be matched too:
```
groovy-all-2.4.15.jar
groovy-all-2.4.15-javadoc.jar
groovy-all-2.4.15-sources.jar
```
In this case take the first (in lexicographic order) file and use it.

Konstantin Kolosovsky 41fc1f454a svn: Refresh "wc.db" files in VFS asynchronously 
This also fixes deadlock in tests as synchronous VFS refresh in "SvnRootsDetector" deadlocks with "SvnTestCase.refreshSvnMappingsSynchronously()"

Konstantin Kolosovsky 4eb2a7599e svn: Remove unnecessary locks in "RootsToWorkingCopies" 
This also fixes the following deadlock in tests:
* "addRoot()" method executes task synchronously in tests and calls "Application.invokeAndWait()" in the end to run task callbacks in EDT - see "CoreProgressManager.runProcessWithProgressInCurrentThread()"
* "getWcRoot()" method is called in EDT in tests and tries to get "myLock"

Prior to this commit "addRoot()" was called under "myLock" which caused deadlock with "getWcRoot()"

patch script and updater: improve bsdiff(http://www.daemonology.net/bsdiff/) work with memory and increased required memory up to 3100MB. The changes allow to do diff for files ~260MB+ size each (current max size is ~220MB+ each).

* Mark lines with folded deletions/insertions as modified.
* Scroll to the first block in collapsed area on click, if there are multiple options.
* Mark lines with folded ignored and non-ignored changes as non-ignored

First, convert ranges into affected visual lines.
Next, merge interleaving ranges together.
