Kirill Likhodedov f0b5472a47 Make git status command silent 
Don't write it neither to the VCS Console nor to the log,
otherwise it produces too much garbage.

The status command became not-silent after it became a write-command
(all read commands are silent by default, but write-commands are not).

* Since Django 1.10 there is no optparse (and no .args field) and no "usage()" method. All django manage py test failed.
