Daniil Ovchinnikov 016b10f9af [groovy] spock: skip resolve & highlighting of interactions (IDEA-205861) 
- don't even create reference for binary expressions which are interactions: *, >> and >>>;
- skip type check highlighting of such binary expressions;
- skip type check highlighting of methods which are method constraints (method call references are still resolved).
