[hg] Let tests inherit from LightPlatformTestCase
...
Mercurial integration seems to connect with the platform very tightly,
and writing isolated module tests independent from the platform seems
to be very painful (and the principle is doubtful itself anyway).
* Therefore let hg tests inherit from LightPlatformTestCase.
* Create HgPlatformTest as the base class for all Mercurial tests,
remove HgLightTest as it is not needed anymore.
* Adapt HgGetDiffForDirTest for new base class.
* Remove setUp and tearDown methods, since they are empty.
These methods from the parent class are called by JUnit anyway.
