0656b7db65 DS-6230 Statistics Computations improvements 
Improved performance for data computation for visualization for pandas for numeric types.
Added restriction for the number of rows for data for which statistics will be computed (as the describe function takes too much time for data frames with such size or bigger)

475c105d35 DS-6283 There are only static polars tables if numpy is not installed 
Moved numpy import to the dedicated function that computes data for visualization. If numpy is not installed, the table will be dynamic, but the statistics may not be calculated.

f9039bbafd [github] Unread markers not showing because isReadByViewer is always true (IDEA-346776) 
#IDEA-346776 Fixed

In testing, I was focused on making persistent  state logic work well.
Sadly that meant I disabled `isReadByViewer` in code during testing and never noticed
that it's always `true`. Now we found out in testing that this is the case.

a34970eb76 [terminal] IDEA-346817 Do not add custom caret move shortcuts in PowerShell 
In Bash and Zsh, Ctrl+A and Ctrl+E shortcuts are moving the caret to the start or end of the line.
But in PowerShell, Home and End shortcuts are doing that. And Ctrl+A is selecting the text instead.
Also move custom shell shortcuts declaration to a single place.

db2be190a2 [vfs] IJPL-617: remove unused indexingFlag from VfsData in-heap cache 
+ indexingFlag has migrated to dedicated mmapped storage long ago, apt VfsData field is unused now, wasted heap memory.
