RecursionManagerTest: test that memoizing doesn't happen without recursion prevention, and that using memoized values leads to cache prevention. Reason: it's as if we evaluated the same computation again, with recursion prevention again. We just don't do this and return the value, but the cache prevention should occur as if there were a recursion prevention
