Pavel Dolgov fea6eb6dd1 Java inspection: Cleanup after merging pull request for "Replace coll.stream().forEachOrdered(..) with coll.forEach(..)" 
Got rid of nullability warning in methodCall.resolveMethod().getName().
Moved the "forEachOrdered" fix into a separate class to resolve inspection warning "getFamilyName() shouldn't depend on the context".

Nadya Zabrodina 7a5c112de1 [patch]: remove vfs refresh for 'indirectly affected' (was introduced as recursively and sync in 35433423fd) 
* 'indirectly affected' means all parent dirs for affected directly;
* we shouldn't refresh indirectly recursively at all, the only thing why we did it is to detect newly created/deleted files,
but findAndRefresh for directly affected should have already managed this case;

Behave 1.2.6 seems to be buggy and step.error_message is None for exceptions, so we fetch it from step.exception or traceback module directly

Dmitry Trofimov 759c1c5bb4 Remove dependencies from OSProcessHandler to pty4j 
OSProcessHandler is used in very different contexts and sometimes is executed without community/lib in its classpath, so the dependency on pty4j can lead to an exception
