[patch]: remove vfs refresh for 'indirectly affected' (was introduced as recursively and sync in 35433423fd)

* 'indirectly affected' means all parent dirs for affected directly;
* we shouldn't refresh indirectly recursively at all, the only thing why we did it is to detect newly created/deleted files,
but findAndRefresh for directly affected should have already managed this case;
