Kirill Likhodedov bb22c50726 Simply VFS events processing in GitUntrackedFilesHolder 
No need to process VFileCopyEvent differently.

VFileCopyEvent.getFile() returns file in its current location.
If the file was already moved since the event was posted,
copyEvent.getNewParent().findChild() would either return null,
or return some other unrelated file.
If the file was not moved, the calls are equivalent.

Kirill Likhodedov ba5d32a3f8 Fix VFS events processing in GitUntrackedFilesHolder 
event.isValid() check, which was added in 816f311 to avoid EA-109103, was incorrect:
VFileCreateEvent treats event as not valid if the file already exists,
and it almost always already exists because events are process async.

Because of this, VFileCreateEvents were simply ignored: IDEA-180605.

isValid() check is reverted, and EA-109103 is fixed the other way:
by manually checking if the parent is valid.

Aleksey Pivovarov 9af10f3f20 ui: keep selection in Keymap settings on clearing of Shortcut filter 
TreeExpansionMonitor does not support reentrant freezing.
So calls like:

   myTreeExpansionMonitor.freeze();
   myFilteringPanel.setShortcut(null); // triggers `filterTreeByShortcut`
   doSmth();
   myTreeExpansionMonitor.restore();

did not work as expected, because `doSmth()` was performed without
monitor state being frozen.

Ying Chen e2db649d9b Gradle: request for extra models in the order of project resolver. 
Some project model has to be requested after other models.
The original code use Set to save the model classes, but set doesn't
guarantee the iteration order. Change to LinkedHashSet to keep the
insertion order.
This ensures that the order of model request is consistent with the
order of ProjectResolver that model was defined with.

Vladislav.Soroka d31754d901 Gradle: use generated fat gradle-api jar. 
The change should simplify further upgrades of the built-in gradle.
Fixes libraries version conflicts of platform libraries with the transitive dependencies of the gradle api (e.g. guava issues), since the latter has been repacked.
