Alexander Koshevoy 67a45469ee PY-21539 List of packages for docker-compose interpreters is empty in Settings dialog 
The bug caused by the removal of ModalityState (76dc21487fc0bb02aa2b5e692f2ba776c44df2b7 revision) in docker-compose utility execution in DockerComposeProcessStarterManager.runDockerComposeContainer() method that is invoked during list packages request.

Valentina Kiryushkina cb9147f19f Fix EDU-793 PyCharm freezes when creating course from Stepik 
Freeze on course creation was caused by EduEduStepicAuthorizedClient which tried to login before getting step. Now we use an authorized client only if user logged in at project creation (it's required for private and adaptive courses), otherwise an unauthorized client is used.
