Yaroslav Lepenkin da82d17377 Execute postRunnable if codeCleanup found files to modify. 
Post runnable is used when performing pre-commit actions (CheckinHandler),
so now commit won't be cancelled if cleanup code modified something.

That way CommitChangeListDialog#runBeforeCommitHandlers will wait for CodeCleanup completion and won't stop the commit
