Anna Koehler 8a6deee735 Refactor structure where UI tests are located: there are mainly three dirs for Platform UI tests: aggregator, nightlySmoke and regression 
All tests inside these dirs should have correspondent tags.
If a test is still in progress - do not report it to Allure until it is finished and stabilized.
