Kirill Likhodedov 818660d1a7 git: remember the previous HEAD position before pull/merge 
The revision is used to calculate updated files. It used to work, because Repository.getCurrentRevision returns the cached version which is not updated unless explicitly requested and unless a VFS refresh is received indicating that the HEAD file has changed: the first didn't happen, the latter most likely didn't happen as well, but it is just by luck.

Kirill Likhodedov bcb2899403 vcs-log: don't filter by the range filter in memory for simplicity 
Especially, to support range filters not known to the VCS Log engine, but known to particular VCS Log Providers.

This finalizes the fix for IDEA-216785.

Kirill Likhodedov 09a094cb93 vcs-log: support hash-range in multi-repository projects when filtering via VCS, support ranges by any ref expression 
Since the previous commit the hashes are resolved correctly when filtering by graph or the index. However, if we need to filter in VCS (e.g. because there are other filters, beside the range filter), all ranges were passed to all providers and all roots. Therefore a log provider could request commits filtered by a range of commits not existing in this repository.

This continues the fix for IDEA-216785.

To solve this, teach the VcsLogProvider to resolve provided reference and convert it to a commit hash, if the reference is known to this provider in this root. If the reference is not resolved in a root, don't ask for commits in this root.

As a nice side effect, any refs known to Git can now be entered as range limits, for example, tags: they will become unresolved by the Log engine, but will be resolved by the GitLogProvider.

Kirill Likhodedov b36aabbb5d vcs-log: support hash-range in multi-repository projects: IDEA-216785 
To filter by a range, we need to resolve the supplied ref to a CommitId. To speedup resolve for a full-size hash, no checks were performed: the string was simply converted to a Hash and a CommitId. Therefore in a multi-root project a full-size hash was resolved in all roots, although it existed only in one of them.

To fix this, check if the generated CommitId exists in the storage. If it doesn't, then we generated it incorrectly, and there is no such hash in the root.
