Julia Beliaeva 3a8d9002e4 [file-history] fix history for selection 
This commit partially undo 6c160fd. Since columns from file history are used in history for selection, they need to use VcsFileRevision, not TreeNodeOnVcsRevision. So now each column is wrapped in TreeNodeColumnInfoWrapper in file history, and does not extend DualViewColumnInfo.

When addLogUi is called, we already know that log manager exists, so it can be passed to the method as a parameter. This way we are getting rid of getValue call that creates a new log manager when it does not exist.

It is awkward to get a logManager from VcsProjectLog and check it for not being null, while it can be just passed as a parameter.

Mikhail Golubev 864cd060a6 IDEA-175318 Search for Pivotal icons using proper class as the anchor 
Otherwise, we (quite confusingly) successfully find them while running
the project from IDEA, yet fail to do so in actually built IDEs, since
LocalTask is now part of the platform, and plugin classloader can't
locate necessary icons there.
