Nikolay Chashnikov ecd77d439c [devkit] add quickfix to set namespace when accessing internal content module (IJPL-209927) 
If a content module or a plugin declares a dependency on an internal content module, and both plugins have the same vendor, the namespace in the declaring plugin can be now set to fix the problem.
