Enable experimental Kotlin resolution mode to fix falsely reported errors

in modules `intellij.android.kotlin.extensions.common` & `intellij.android.kotlin.extensions`.

This change has no effect on compilation & only affects those using Kotlin IDEA plugin 1.4 and takes effect after project reopening.
