fixed IDEA-216141 Typing Alt+Letter is broken on macOS in IDEA 2019.2

don't keep hierarchy of menu after hide because it contain components with mnemonic at it modifies KeyEvent-dispatcher behaviour
(this registry-key can be enabled manually only to avoid crashes)
