tests [remote-driver]: Add plugin error notification checking in BundledUltimatePluginsInFreeModeUiTest

Browse Source 
- Update Notifications API to accept nullable project parameter
- Add error notification detection for bundled Ultimate plugins in free mode
- Extract plugin names from error messages using regex parsing
- Display detailed error message with affected plugin names
