Add a javadoc note about the nature of classes in com.intellij.tasks.*.model packages

Suppress unused declaration and other inspections for them to avoid optimizations
inadvertently breaking deserialization of JSON responses.

Also, reverted such changes already made in TrelloCommentAction.
