ComponentStoreWithExtraComponents: Workaround for Kotlin compiler bug

KT-42831 CCE when a method returning generic type is called from annotated if statement

Fixes the following exception:
  - java.lang.ClassCastException: class java.util.ArrayList cannot be cast to class kotlin.Unit
