components registration: include ultimate.xml directly to *Plugin.xml files of commercial IDEs

...and remove reference to it from PlatformLangPlugin.xml. This is needed to fix building index of searchable options in IntelliJ IDEA Community: there are some plugins (e.g. fileWatcher) which are compatible with IDEA Community but has optional dependencies on modules from IDEA Ultimate, and therefore their modules has dependencies on intellij.platform.commercial module where ultimate.xml is located, so it's included into classpath while building searchable options for IDEA Community and this enables plugins and optional dependencies which depend on com.intellij.modules.ultimate causing failures because these plugins and optional parts aren't supposed to work in IDEA Community.

Also reference to ultimate.xml in PlatformLangPlugin.xml was highlighted as unresolved in intellij-community project.
