Don't fail while creating GitRepository.

Browse Source 
If an exception happens during GitRepository creation from GitRepositoryManager#updateRepositoriesCollection(), just log the error and go further.

Otherwise the repository wouldn't be detected ever unless another updateRepositoriesCollection() is called.
