[auto-trial] fix CME after IJPL-202845 'Trial has started' popup may get overlapped by notification balloons

(like 'npm install', 'plugin available, Windows Defender, SSL, and others)

All notification balloons are postponed until a user closes the 'Trial has started' Got It popup. This is a dirty and hacky fix, sorry. There are no better ideas at the moment
