PY-22620 Set myFixture#setCaresAboutInjection(false) in PyQuickFixTest and PyQuickFixTestCase

Otherwise tests where we check quick fixes on elements inside
fragments injected in type comments fail, because
myFixture.checkHighlighting() compares highlighting info of injected
and top-level editors with inherently different offsets.

Previously it didn't happen because we refused to inject into
raw comments containing "<warning>" markers and performed it only later
for the cleaned up version of test data with these markers stripped.
