LLM-29875 [aia]: drop Welcome Guide registry key and bundle strings

Remove resources left unused after the Welcome Guide removal: the
llm.welcome.guide registry key, the welcome.* bundle strings and the
Discover AI/Features action labels from LLMInstallerBundle and LLMBundle,
and the corresponding Discover strings from the ja/ko/zh translations.
