PY-85970 Handle cases where no interpreter is selected in the PyPackagingToolWindow. Add UI updates for missing interpreter state.

When the user typed in the search field without a configured interpreter:
1. textChanged → handleSearch() → accesses manager property
2. manager getter accesses managerUI.manager
3. managerUI is lateinit var, NOT initialized when sdk == null
4. UninitializedPropertyAccessException thrown during Swing text rendering
5. Exception corrupts Swing component state → text displays reversed

Fix:
- Add early return in handleSearch() when currentSdk is null
