cleanup [markdown]: remove unused incorrect dependency on intellij.xml.langInjection from intellij.markdown.fenceInjection

This dependency isn't used in code, and there is no dependency on 'intellij.xml.langInjection' in the XML descriptor, so any code that tries using it will fail at runtime.

This is needed to fix IdeaUltimatePluginModuleDependenciesTest after restoring checks for dependencies on modules in the core plugin (IJPL-224619).
