[injections] IJPL-182700 Removed the deprecation from the InjectedLanguageUtil

Browse Source 
It was an intent, but it was never finished. There is no clear migration to another API so it is useless in the current state.

Should be done properly:
- deprecated per method
- clear migration path should be described
