Make API Watcher 6.37.0+ check 'community' project.

API Watcher 6.37.0 has provided a new way of specifying which projects need to be tracked by API Watcher. Before that 'intellij', 'ultimate' and 'community' projects were hardcoded. Now a project-level shareable setting is introduced.
