GitQuickListContentProvider: return "Commit File" and remove "Fetch".

Browse Source 
* Fetch is rarely used since Update Project fetches all branches of the current remote.
* Commit File is used by some people.
* Removing Commit File broke the shortcut numbers sequence which people were used to.
