MavenProjectsManager: make usage of ModuleRootManagerImpl optional

ModuleRootManagerImpl is an implementation of project model and should not be relied upon.
In this case ModuleRootManagerImpl.stateChanged() makes sense only on current project model,
so it's now surrounded with instanceof.
