UsefulTestCase.edt: explicitly rethrow the exception

This is already done in invokeAndWaitIfNeeded via LOG.error,
but making it more explicit won't hurt, especially if LOG.error
stops throwing exception in tests.

Also accept ThrowableRunnable.
