Gradle: Module builder updated.

* New Module now adds module to the respective gradle project using settings.gradle inclusion
* Support for *.ipr (file based) project format added

related issue: IDEA-118040 Gradle: for a project with dot in its name a new .iml file with different name is сreated after project reopening
