[terminal] IJPL-215631 Fix reporting zero typings in terminal popup completion

`LookupUsageTracker.MyLookupTracker.MyTypingTracker` is listening `beforeAppend` event that doesn't arrive because our custom prefix updating logic doesn't call `fireBeforeAppendPrefix`.
