[Rider] fix live intention popup size miscalculation when it is used with an advertisement text

getSize() == getContentSize() - getAdvertismentComponentHeight()
it ALWAYS added 1x of getAdvertismentComponentHeight() on every resizePopupIfNeeded(), making the popup grow indefinitely
