In other news: uniting native file chooser dialog implementations, running registry-to-adv-settings migration on the app start (so that the setting is ready for opening a chooser from the welcome screen), using the same setting for enabling the native save dialog, fixing a missing file extension problem in the latter (IDEA-210041), running VFS lookup for chosen files under progress (IDEA-307307), and last but not least, disabling the permanently incomplete new file chooser by default.
