Ruslan Cheremin 4ae11aeddb [vfs] improve error reporting for 'too many roots' ...

+ VFS supports limited number of roots, somewhere 100k-300k (depends on diff-compression efficiency) -- it was assumed this number is more than enough, but recently we started to get errors about exceeding this limit -> need better diagnostics to understand, should we work on increasing the limit, or it is something else
